UK Datahouse - Lead generation is the process of generating interest for a client’s products or services, and selling the details of the interested customer to the client for them to convert into a sale for their business. Often the customer is only signing up to receive information on the products or services or to arrange a survey or an appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to take the next step and generate the sale. -
