Difference between ANM and GNM

Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) is a two year diploma course pursued by students after completing 10+2.This course focuses on knowledge and training in the field of maternity care and providing assistance to new mothers during pregnancy and post delivery And General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) is a three year diploma course pursued by students after completion of 10+2 this course trains students to deal with patients and assist doctors and help them develop skills to work efficiently in a hospital environment and provide first aid, blood pressure monitoring, etc.
