Ingredients:
Taco Meat: 1 lb ground beef, 1 tbsp taco seasoning, 1/4 cup water
Salad: 4 cups mixed greens, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, diced, 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Dressing: 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tbsp lime juice, salt, pepper
Instructions:
