200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in Luxembourg

This 200-hour teacher training welcomes everyone—from passionate beginners to experienced instructors. What connects our community is a shared intuition that yoga holds a far deeper value than what we simply practice on the mat.

For many students, the journey begins with a desire to improve their personal practice. Along the way, they discover that yoga is not only about physical postures, but also about understanding themselves, cultivating awareness, and finding greater balance in everyday life. This training is designed to support that process of self-discovery while providing a strong foundation for those who wish to teach professionally. More than 85% of Yogalife graduates go on to teach yoga regularly after completing the course.

Founded in 1999, Yogalife combines the depth of traditional yogic wisdom with modern science and practical teaching methods. Students explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, pranayama, teaching methodology, and hands-on asana adjustments while learning how to apply these teachings in a modern context. One of the unique aspects of the training is that participants begin practicing teaching skills from the very beginning, helping them build confidence throughout the course.

The program is taught by an international team of experienced teachers with diverse backgrounds in yoga, anatomy, therapy, facilitation, and personal development. To ensure personal attention and meaningful connections, each training is intentionally kept to a small group size.

Designed around a flexible 9-weekend format, the course allows students to continue working, caring for family, and managing daily responsibilities while immersing themselves in a transformational learning experience. Beyond certification, the training offers a supportive community, lifelong friendships, and the opportunity to develop your own authentic voice as both a practitioner and teacher.
